In this piece Serena uses an enjoyable, empowering and dialectic approach. Ecofeminism, intersectional trans-feminism, social justice and critical pedagogy create the space for imagining an expansion of the power of women, nature and marginalised people. They thrive and grow together to dismantle the cages built by the patriarchy and capitalism and therefore allowing health, wisdom and harmony to prevail.

THE PAPER
The paper gives muted blacks with even colour reproduction, and excellent detail. The surface has minimal texture with a chalky smooth cotton feel which creates smooth colour gradients. It has a delicate surface, so we recommend extra care when handling.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK
- The original artwork "Blue Forest" 2017, Watercolours on paper by Serena Nassini is still available.
